Review for Graceling by Kristin Cashore

Review for Graceling by Kristin Cashore;

Graceling is a story of a girl named Katsa. Her Grace (a skill that someone is incredibly good at) is more of a curse for her because her Uncle, King Randa.. uses her grace as a weapon . Her job is to punish those that Randa has told her too, it order to benefit his wants and whims. Katsa believes her Grace is merely killing .. a bringer of death and pain , which means no one could possible want her for anything other than to bring fear. That all changes when she meets Po, he is Graced with fighting. throughout the story Katsa learns that there might be something more to her then just death and fear. Could she find life and love with the one person who can truly understand her and match her? This book really leaves you feeling that there is a perfect someone for everyone and just because someone has labeled you something like killer over and over doesn't make it so. This book was rich with back story and histories ,Kristin Cashore.. paints a beautiful landscape of literary wonder. my only complaint was that it left me wanting more .. left me wondering if there should more story. over all a nice 4 stars

Hey T2...I'm gonna laugh at that everytime. Glad you like Graceling, I fell in love with Po and Katsa instantly. I still haven't read the second book Fire because it follows a different character but Bitterblue is supposed to combine th people from Graceling and Fire so I'm looking forward to that one. I could use more Po. Great review ;)
