Define what characteristics your favorite books share. Do they all have a kick butt heroine or is the hot love interest the Alpha Male?
Well personally I don't like it when the girl is a complete bimbo , but I do like it how perhaps they are a bit fragile at first and then have growth throughout the book to overcome the obstacles in front of them. As for the Males I prefer the bad boy .. but heck who doesn't like a bit of rebel . For me I like the bad boy that has that soft side that only certain people get to see , such as the love interest . I also love learning what has happened to the bad boy that has turned him to be the way he is .
Well Those are my thoughts .. how about you ?

I think it's satisfying to see characters that grow and develop and find strength by overcoming hard things. Old follower just hopping through. Have a great weekend!
I totally agree with you, It's quite the same thing for me. It's nice to have a strong heroine and in the same time cho has her weaknesses.
Those are seriously two of my favorite type of characters as well. I love a bad boy rebel but with the soft side. They literally melt my heart.

Bad boys are fun to read about! It's weird, but for me it depends on the book; usually in a love triangle situation, I go for the boy next door/childhood friend (like Xander in Matched). But like in the Perfect Chemistry series, I love the bad boys! Weird...
